Qiao Xing Universal Resources Inc XING rose 14.39% to $3.10 in the pre-market session. XING had $517.69 million in total cash for the recent quarter. VisionChina Media Inc VISN added 8.53% to $4.20 in pre-market trading. VISN and Focus Media Holding Limited FMCN have entered into a securities purchase agreement, under which FMCN will buy 15,331,305 newly issued common shares of VISN at US$3.979 per share. Ossen Innovation Co Ltd OSN moved up 6.12% to $5.20 in pre-market trading. OSN raised gross proceeds of $22.5 million through its initial public offering (IPO). XOMA Ltd XOMA gained 3.53% to $5.28 in the pre-market session. XOMA's shares have dipped 50.72% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 11.84% in the same period.
