NVIDIA Corporation NVDA fell 1.70% to $23.19 in the pre-market session. NVDA's PEG ratio is 2.88. ARM Holdings plc ARMH moved down 1.54% to $25.57 in the pre-market session. International Business Machines Corp IBM and ARMH announced an agreement to extend their collaboration on advanced semiconductor technology for mobile electronics.
