HEV signed a joint-venture agreement with China-based Wanxiang Electric Vehicle. Inspire Pharmaceuticals Inc ISPH moved up 5.13% to $4.30 in the pre-market session. ISPH had $98.65 million in total cash and $10.37 million in total debt for the recent quarter. China Valves Technology Inc CVVT soared 3.26% to $7.91 in the pre-market trading.
