While futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 30 points to 10297, those on the S&P 500 moved up 4 points to 1091.70. Meanwhile, Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 8 points to 1860.75. A Peek Into Global Markets Sentiments in the European markets are mixed, with STOXX Europe 600 Index advancing 0.38% and London’s FTSE 100 Index moved down 0.23%. Asian markets ended in the positive territory, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average adding 2.28%, Australia's S&P/ASX 200 moving up 1.83% and China's Shanghai Composite gaining 0.38%. Broker Recommendation Beckman Coulter, Inc BEC reported disappointing 2Q earnings, and missed estimates in all segments. Beckman is a manufacturer of biomedical testing instruments and supplies.
