Diamond Management Stocks Soar On PWC Buyout Bid (DTPI)

Shares of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants Inc. DTPI surged more than 30% to $12.44 a share on Tuesday after PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP announced its intent to acquire the Chicago-based management and consulting firm for $12.50 a share in cash.
