Bitcoin BTC/USD, the world’s most valued cryptocurrency, moved higher, trading above the $19,300 mark this morning.
The second-most valued cryptocurrency, Ethereum ETH/USD, also recorded gains to trade above the key $1,300 level on Monday.
Other popular crypto coins, including Dogecoin DOGE/USD and Solana SOL/USD, meanwhile, traded slightly higher this morning.
Klaytn KLAY/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Huobi Token HT/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.
At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $930.57 billion, recording a 24-hour gain of 0.9%. BTC was trading higher by around 0.8% to $19,326, while ETH rose by around 2.4% to $1,339 on Monday.
Investors are now awaiting earnings results from Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. SCHN, Discover Financial Services DFS, Packaging Corporation of America PKG and Crown Holdings, Inc. CCK, scheduled for release today.
