On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said during the Lightning Round that he is “on the fence with American Tower AMT.” He added, “I think there will be a decrease in spending with AT&T T and T-Mobile. But other than that, it should be all systems go."
Cramer is “bullish on Sprint Nextel S. He added, "I think they're doing a remarkable job. They're going to be a winner of the AT&T and T-Mobile merger."

Cramer said that he was “impressed with Shutterfly's SFLY CEO. I am a believer."
