Walt Disney Company DIS reported its Q1 profit at $1.33 billion, or $0.68 per share, up from $844 million, or $0.44 per share, in the year-earlier period. The company's revenue increased to $10.7 billion from $9.74 billion. However, analysts expected a profit of $0.56 per share on revenue of $10.5 billion. DIS shares surged 3.93% to $42.80 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Cisco CSCO to have earned $0.35 per share on revenue of $10.24 billion in second quarter. CSCO shares rose 0.05% to $22.00 in after-hours trading. Take-Two Interactive Software Inc TTWO reported its Q3 net income at $40.6 million, or $0.45 per share, up from $37.9 million, or $0.43 per share, in the year-ago period. On a non-GAAP basis, the company's earnings came in at $49.5 million, or $0.52 per share. The company's revenue dropped 7% y/y to $334.3 million. However, analysts were projecting earnings of $0.34 per share on revenue of $310 million. For the March quarter, TTWO projected an adjusted loss of $0.40 to $0.45 per share on revenue of $130 million to $150 million. However, analysts were projecting a loss of $0.51 per share on revenue of $135.1 million for the period. TTWO shares advanced 2.82% to $14.95 in the after-hours trading session.
