99 Cents Only Stores NDN shares are trading higher than the "going private" offer it received this morning from Leonard Green and the Schiffer/Gold family, which was at $19.09 per share in cash.
At last check, shares were trading at $19.95, a gain of $3.27, or 19.6% on 290,000 shares so far in pre-market trading.
