BlackBerry BBRY dropped 4.96% to $10.74 in pre-market trading on Apple-IBM news. Ares Capital ARCC dipped 2.87% to $16.90 in pre-market trading after the company announced a public offering of 11.85 million shares of its common stock. ASML Holding NV ASML fell 2.31% to $88.54 in pre-market trading on Q2 results. ASML's quarterly net profit surged to EUR398.7 million ($542.3 million), versus a year-ago profit of EUR220.8 million. Yahoo! YHOO shares declined 2.22% to $34.82 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected second-quarter results. The company announced it will reduce the number of shares being offered in the Alibaba IPO from 208 million shares to 140 million shares.
