Advanced Micro Devices AMD dipped 17.51% to $3.77 in pre-market trading after the company issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter. AMD reported its Q2 earnings of $0.02 per share on revenue of $1.44 billion. AMD projected Q3 sales to range from a 1% drop to a 5% gain. Analysts at FBR Capital downgraded AMD from Outperform to Market Perform and lowered the target price from $6 to $4.50. AbbVie ABBV shares declined 2.04% to $52.43 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to buy Shire plc SHPG for around $54 billion. International Business Machines IBM fell 1.01% to $190.55 in pre-market trading following its earnings report. IBM reported quarterly earnings of $4.32 per share on revenues of $24.40 billion.
