Monroe Capital Corp MRCC slipped 4.26 percent to $14.60 in pre-market trading after the company announced a public offering of common shares. Precision Castparts Corp. PCP fell 3.51 percent to $208.40 in pre-market trading. Precision Castparts projected Q4 earnings of $2.90 to $2.95 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $3.21 per share. U.S. Bancorp USB shares dropped 1.91 percent to $42.70 in pre-market. U.S. Bancorp reported in-line earnings for the first quarter, but the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates.
