Pep Boys - Manny Moe & Jack PBY shares fell 2.85 percent to $18.40 in pre-market trading. Bridgestone Americas, Inc. announced Tuesday, that Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC will not present a counter offer for Pep Boys. Bridgestone was responding to the most recent proposal from Icahn Enterprises LP IEP of $18.50 per share, announced Monday. Freeport-McMoRan Inc FCX shares fell 2.23 percent to $6.81 after gaining 1.75 percent on Tuesday. Chimerix Inc CMRX shares fell 2.04 percent to $7.22 after surging 11.33 percent on Tuesday. Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. CETV fell 1.83 percent to $2.68 in pre-market trading. Central European Media shares have tumbled 14.95 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 0.95 percent in the same period. Netflix, Inc. NFLX shares fell 0.60 percent to $118.41 in pre-market trading after rising 1.72 percent on Tuesday.
