Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. CETV fell 1.83 percent to $2.68 in pre-market trading. Central European Media shares have tumbled 14.95 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 0.95 percent in the same period. Netflix, Inc. NFLX shares fell 0.60 percent to $118.41 in pre-market trading after rising 1.72 percent on Tuesday.
