- SunPower Corporation SPWR shares fell 30.8 percent to $10.23 in pre-market trading after the company posted a loss for its second quarter and issued a weak revenue forecast. Management expected a workforce reduction of about 15 percent totaling about 1,200 employees in the future and restructuring charges totaling $30-$45 million.
- Myriad Genetics, Inc. MYGN shares fell 28.7 percent to $21.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted weaker-than-expected Q4 results and issued a downbeat guidance.
- Health Insurance Innovations Inc HIIQ shares fell 12.8 percent to $4.10 in the pre-market trading session after surging 17.50 percent on Tuesday.
- Perrigo Company plc PRGO shares fell 12.5 percent to $83.25 in pre-market trading as the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings and lowered its full-year outlook.

The company’s Q4 earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations, however, shares fell due to the company's miss on sales estimates. Company management saw Q1 revenues to be between $130-$139 million vs. estimates of $139.43 and gross margins within 30-32 percent.
- Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc ZBH dropped 3.1 percent to $128.95 in pre-market trading. Zimmer Biomet reported an offering of 7.44 million shares of common stock via selling holders.
- United States Steel Corporation X fell 2.8 percent to $23.60 in pre-market trading. US Steel priced 19.8 million shares offering at $23.00 per share.
