- GlycoMimetics Inc GLYC shares rose 5 percent to $13.91 in pre-market trading after climbing 20.35 percent on Tuesday. GlycoMimetics disclosed that it has terminated its $40 million sales agreement with Cowen on May 23, 2017. GlycoMimetics priced its 7 million shares at $11.50 per share for gross proceeds of $80.5 million.
