- The flash Composite Purchasing Managers' Index for October will be released at 9:45 a.m. ET. Analysts expect services index at 49.3, while manufacturing index is projected at 51.2.
- The Treasury is set to auction 3-and 6-month bills at 11:30 a.m. ET.
