- Oak Street Health, Inc. OSH shares gained 33.1% to $30.04 in pre-market trading. CVS Health Corp is in talks to buy Oak Street Health, Bloomberg News reported.
- Frontline plc FRO gained 19.5% to $13.54 in pre-market trading. Frontline announced termination of combination agreement with Euronav.

- Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY climbed 11.1% to $1.80 in pre-market trading after surging around 24% on Monday. The company is scheduled to release quarterly earnings today.

- Stem, Inc. STEM rose 6.8% to $8.69 in pre-market trading.
- WeWork Inc. WE gained 4.8% to $1.32 in pre-market trading.
- PriceSmart, Inc. PSMT rose 2% to $64.35 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter on Monday.
