Prometheus Biosciences, XPeng And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher In Monday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s pre-market trading session.

• Prometheus Biosciences, Inc. RXDX shares jumped 70.1% to $193.93 in pre-market trading after Merck agreed to buy the company for $10.8 billion.
• RAPT Therapeutics, Inc. RAPT shares gained 19.3% to $20.00 in pre-market trading.
• XPeng Inc. XPEV shares rose 11.5% to $11.06 in pre-market trading. XPeng unveiled its next-generation end-to-end integrated technology architecture SEPA2.0.
• Roivant Sciences Ltd. ROIV gained 9.9% to $7.81 in pre-market trading. Roivant recently announced the Phase 3 trial of VTAMA achieved the primary endpoint and all secondary endpoints.
• SES AI Corporation SES rose 8.4% to $2.44 in pre-market trading after dropping over 5% on Friday. SES AI, last month, posted a narrower quarterly loss.

• FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. NOTE gained 8.1% to $2.92 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 20% on Friday. FiscalNote Holdings recently posted weaker-than-expected quarterly results.
• Nikola Corporation NKLA rose 6.1% to $0.87 in pre-market trading after dropping 15% on Friday. Nikola recently announced pricing for a $100 million common stock offering.
• Velo3D, Inc. VLD gained 5.4% to $2.33 in pre-market trading. Velo3D is expected to release its Q1 financial results on May 1, 2023.
• Li Auto Inc. LI climbed 4.6% to $25.68 in pre-market trading.
