• ContextLogic Inc. WISH gained 21% to $8.69 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $50 million buyback program.
• Atai Life Sciences N.V. ATAI gained 8.6% to $2.38 in pre-market trading after gaining around 7% on Thursday.
• Invitae Corporation NVTA shares rose 7.4% to $1.30 in pre-market trading after Ark Invest's Cathie Wood discussed the name on CNBC's "Closing Bell: Overtime."
• AMTD IDEA Group AMTD shares climbed 7.1% to $1.81 in pre-market trading. AMTD IDEA Group secured $93.6 Million of investment at 21.07% premium above yesterday’s closing price.
