- Horizon Therapeutics Public Limited Company HZNP shares dipped 16.5% to $93.50 in pre-market trading following reports that US Federal Trade Commission was looking to sue to block Amgen’s acquisition of the company.
- Calliditas Therapeutics AB CALT dropped 15.3% to $21.00 in pre-market trading after posting downbeat quarterly sales.
- Ducommun Incorporated DCO declined 15.3% to $40.99 in pre-market trading. Ducommun reported pricing of $74.4 million public offering of 2 million shares of common stock at a price of $40 per share.
- Ohmyhome Limited OMH shares fell 13.5% to $26.70 in pre-market trading after surging 67% on Monday. The company announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Ohmyhome Property to expand into the Philippines market.
- Futu Holdings Limited FUTU fell 11.8% to $38.07 in pre-market trading. Futu and Tiger are planning to remove China trading apps as regulatory pressure mounts, the Wall Street Journal reported.
- Coherus BioSciences, Inc. CHRS shares dropped 10.6% to $4.37 in pre-market trading after the company reported a $50 million proposed public offering of common stock.
- agilon health, inc. AGL fell 9% to $21.67 in pre-market trading as the company priced 86.88 million share offering at $21.50 per share.
- First Watch Restaurant Group, Inc. FWRG shares dropped 7.8% to $15.75 in pre-market trading after reporting a secondary offering of common stock.
- Qifu Technology, Inc. QFIN fell 7.1% to $16.77 in pre-market trading. Qifu Technology is scheduled to hold an annual general meeting of shareholders on June 30, 2023.
- UP Fintech Holding Limited TIGR shares dropped 6% to $2.68 in pre-market trading. Futu and Tiger are planning to remove China trading apps as regulatory pressure mounts, the Wall Street Journal reported.
- Vodafone Group Public Limited Company VOD dropped 5.4% to $10.62 in pre-market trading after the company reported full-year results and announced plans to reduce 11,000 jobs.
- Rumble Inc. RUM fell 5.2% to $9.47 in pre-market trading after the company reported results for the first quarter and said it has acquired Callin.
