MicroVision, RadNet And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • MicroVision, Inc. MVIS shares dropped 12.7% to $5.56 in pre-market trading after the company filed for a mixed shelf offering.
  • RadNet, Inc. RDNT shares fell 9% to $30.01 in pre-market trading. Radnet priced an underwritten offering of 7.575 million shares at $29.75 per share, with gross proceeds of approximately $225 million.
  • Logitech International S.A. LOGI shares dropped 9% to $58.17 in pre-market trading. Logitech said President and CEO Bracken Darrell will be departing to pursue another opportunity.
  • Kura Oncology, Inc. KURA shares fell 7.9% to $11.71 in pre-market trading after the company reported commencement of $100 million public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
  • Humana Inc. HUM shares dropped 4.6% to $489.00 in pre-market trading.
  • Beneficient BENF shares fell 4.1% to $5.47 in pre-market trading after dropping 14% on Tuesday.
  • UnitedHealth Group Incorporated UNH shares declined 3.8% to $472.65 in pre-market trading after CEO flagged elevated volumes of non-urgent surgeries at analyst conference.
