Tesla, Netflix, Discover Financial Services And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning on Thursday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

• Discover Financial Services DFS shares dipped 12.2% to $107.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings and announced a share buyback pause.
• Richardson Electronics, Ltd. RELL tumbled 9.3% to $14.09 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings results.
• Netflix, Inc. NFLX shares declined 6.8% to $445.20 in pre-market trading. Netflix reported upbeat earnings for the second quarter, while sales missed expectations.
• Copa Holdings, S.A. CPA shares fell 5.3% to $113.63 in pre-market trading. Raymond James maintained Copa Holdings with a Strong Buy and lowered the price target from $155 to $152.
• Crown Castle Inc. CCI shares fell 4.8% to $108.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported second-quarter results and issued weak FY23 earnings outlook.
• SL Green Realty Corp. SLG shares fell 3.5% to $34.67 in pre-market trading after the company reported lower-than-expected Q2 sales results.
• Coherent Corp. COHR shares declined 3.3% to $48.00 in pre-market trading. Coherent recently named Dr. Christopher Dorman as Executive Vice President, Lasers Business.
• Tesla, Inc. TSLA shares declined 3% to $282.49 in pre-market. Tesla reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for its second quarter, but said operating margin narrowed to 9.6% from 14.6% in the year-ago period.
• Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited TSM shares declined 2.9% to $100.10 in pre-market trading as the company said it expects a decline of around 10% in sales for 2023.
