U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning on Monday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Contango Ore, Inc. CTGO shares dipped 24.3% to $20.06 in pre-market trading after the company reported an underwritten public offering of common stock.
  • PSQ Holdings, Inc. PSQH declined 11.6% to $18.66 in pre-market trading after declining 29% on Friday. Trading of PublicSq.'s shares of Class A common stock commenced Thursday following the successful completion of its previously announced business combination with Colombier Acquisition Corp.
  • AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. APE tumbled 7.2% to $1.67 in pre-market trading after Delaware judge denied the company from converting it's AMC preferred equity units into common stock.
  • Digital World Acquisition Corp. DWAC shares fell 7.1% to $18.67 in pre-market trading. Digital World Acquisition shares jumped over 50% on Friday after the company announced it reached a settlement with the SEC.
  • ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. ZI shares fell 5.4% to $25.24 in pre-market trading. ZoomInfo is expected to publish financial results for the second quarter 2023 on July 31, 2023.
  • TMC the metals company Inc. TMC shares declined 4.4% to $1.74 in pre-market trading after falling 3% on Friday.
  • Sirius XM Holdings Inc. SIRI shares fell 4% to $6.80 in pre-market trading. Sirius XM shares declined over 9% on Friday after multiple firms downgraded their rating on the stock.
  • Twilio Inc. TWLO shares declined 3.2% to $60.30 in pre-market trading.
  • Nikola Corporation NKLA shares fell 2.8% to $2.43 in pre-market trading. A Nikola truck that caught fire late last month reignited again on Sunday afternoon.
