  • Snap Inc. SNAP shares tumbled 18.6% to $10.18 in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter results.
  • Aurora Acquisition Corp. AURC shares dipped 15.3% to $28.40 in pre-market trading after jumping over 220% on Tuesday.
  • Tupperware Brands Corporation TUP declined 9% to $1.21 in pre-market trading after declining around 16% on Tuesday.
  • POSCO Holdings Inc. PKX shares slipped 5.7% to $124.41 in pre-market trading after gaining around 12% on Tuesday.
  • Vir Biotechnology, Inc. VIR shares fell 4.7% to $13.33 in pre-market trading. Vir Biotechnology recently released data from the Phase 2 PENINSULA evaluating VIR-2482 to prevent symptomatic influenza A illness.
  • Waste Management, Inc. WM shares slipped 4.5% to $164.05 in pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat second-quarter results.
  • Markforged Holding Corporation MKFG shares fell 4.5% to $1.91 in pre-market trading. Markforged is expected to release its financial results for the second quarter on Aug. 10, 2023.
  • Orange S.A. ORAN shares fell 3.9% to $11.45 in pre-market trading following results for the second quarter.
  • Texas Instruments Incorporated TXN shares declined 3.8% to $179.00 in pre-market trading after the company issued third-quarter EPS guidance with a midpoint below estimates.
  • Microsoft Corporation MSFT shares declined 3.7% to $338.13 in pre-market trading. Microsoft reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for its fourth quarter, but issued weak sales outlook for the current quarter.
