- Proterra Inc. PTRA shares tumbled 63% to $0.5293 in pre-market trading. Proterra filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday citing market and macroeconomic headwinds.
- Alteryx, Inc. AYX declined 25% to $28.22 in pre-market trading after the company reported second-quarter results and issued weak third-quarter revenue guidance. Piper Sandler downgraded to Neutral from Overweight and lowered the price target to $30 from $68.
- International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. IFF shares tumbled 21.6% to $63.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter results and issued a reduced FY23 outlook.
- Beyond Meat, Inc. BYND shares dipped 16% to $12.84 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat results for its second quarter and issued weak revenue forecast for FY23.
- Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. MRVI shares declined 15.4% to $9.32 in pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat second-quarter sales and issued weak FY23 forecast.
- American Superconductor Corporation AMSC shares fell 12.4% to $8.80 in pre-market trading.
- RingCentral, Inc. RNG shares fell 11.5% to $34.49 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak earnings forecast for the third quarter and said Vlad Shmunis is stepping down as CEO later.
- Rigetti Computing, Inc. RGTI shares declined 6.9% to $2.16 in pre-market trading after falling 15% on Monday.
- Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST shares fell 6.3% to $48.70 in pre-market trading after dropping 14% on Monday.
- Hercules Capital, Inc. HTGC shares declined 5.8% to $16.96 in pre-market trading. Hercules Capital upsized its public offering to 6.5 million shares of common stock.
- Safehold Inc. SAFE shares fell 5.4% to $21.90 in pre-market trading after the company reported public offering and concurrent private placement.
- Coterra Energy Inc. CTRA shares declined 3.9% to $26.72 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly sales.
