• Proterra Inc. PTRA shares tumbled 63% to $0.5293 in pre-market trading. Proterra filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday citing market and macroeconomic headwinds.
• Alteryx, Inc. AYX declined 25% to $28.22 in pre-market trading after the company reported second-quarter results and issued weak third-quarter revenue guidance. Piper Sandler downgraded to Neutral from Overweight and lowered the price target to $30 from $68.
• International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. IFF shares tumbled 21.6% to $63.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter results and issued a reduced FY23 outlook.
• Beyond Meat, Inc. BYND shares dipped 16% to $12.84 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat results for its second quarter and issued weak revenue forecast for FY23.
• Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. MRVI shares declined 15.4% to $9.32 in pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat second-quarter sales and issued weak FY23 forecast.
• American Superconductor Corporation AMSC shares fell 12.4% to $8.80 in pre-market trading.
• RingCentral, Inc. RNG shares fell 11.5% to $34.49 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak earnings forecast for the third quarter and said Vlad Shmunis is stepping down as CEO later.
• Rigetti Computing, Inc. RGTI shares declined 6.9% to $2.16 in pre-market trading after falling 15% on Monday.
