• Ivanhoe Electric Inc. IE dipped 12.2% to $13.51 in pre-market trading after the company priced its public offering of 11,851,852 common shares at $13.50 per share.
• IBEX Limited IBEX shares declined 11.1% to $16.14 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued weak FY24 revenue outlook.
• Vital Energy, Inc. VTLE shares fell 8.4% to $53.99 in pre-market trading after the company announced public offering of 2.5 million shares of its common stock and also plans offering of senior notes.
• Amprius Technologies, Inc. AMPX shares declined 7% to $3.70 in pre-market trading.
• Autoliv, Inc. ALV shares fell 4.4% to $93.07 in pre-market trading.
• Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. SPCE shares declined 2.6% to $1.86 in pre-market trading after falling around 7% on Wednesday.
