- Rocket Lab USA, Inc. RKLB shares dipped 18.8% to $4.09 in pre-market trading as the company's 41st mission succumbs to technical issues, prompting it to postpone its next mission and revise its third-quarter guidance.
- Terran Orbital Corporation LLAP shares declined 14.8% to $1.21 in pre-market trading after the company priced its previously announced public offering of 23.2 million shares and warrants to purchase up to 23.2 million shares at a combined public offering price of $1.40 per share and accompanying warrant.
- Equinox Gold Corp. EQX shares slipped 10.3% to $4.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported a bought deal offering of convertible senior notes.
- Better Home & Finance Holding Company BETR shares declined 4.5% to $0.6305 in pre-market trading after gaining around 4% on Monday.
- NIO Inc. NIO shares fell 4.4% to $9.86 in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed offering of $1 billion convertible senior notes.
- FREYR Battery FREY shares declined 4.2% to $5.29 in pre-market trading.
- Arm Holdings plc ARM shares fell 1.9% to $56.90 in pre-market trading after declining 4.5% on Monday. Redburn Atlantic initiated coverage on ARM Holdings with a Neutral rating and announced a price target of $50.
