  • Roadzen, Inc. RDZN shares fell 7.8% to $4.95 in pre-market trading after declining 5% on Monday.
  • KE Holdings Inc. BEKE shares fell 5.5% to $14.68 in pre-market trading after declining 5% on Monday.
  • Nayax Ltd. NYAX shares dropped 4.7% to $21.84 in pre-market trading. Nayax recently disclosed a partnership with ai Corporation for its fleet card issuing and fuel payments platform aiEazyFuel.
  • Coty Inc. COTY fell 4.1% to $11.31 in pre-market trading after the company launched a global offering of 33 million shares of Class A Common stock and listing on the professional segment of Euronext Paris.
  • JD.com, Inc. JD fell 3% to $28.90 in pre-market trading after declining 2% on Monday.
  • THOR Industries, Inc. THO fell 2.3% to $92.67 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results. Thor Industries posted quarterly earnings of $1.68 per share, down from $5.15 per share for the prior-year period.
