Wait Is Over! Tesla Cybertruck Delivery Date Confirmed For Nov. 30

Tesla Inc. TSLA has finally set a delivery date for its long-awaited Cybertruck, after missing its initial deadline.

The electric vehicle giant announced the delivery day for its Cybertruck during its third-quarter earnings call, reported The Verge. The first batch of Cybertrucks is set to be delivered at an event on Nov. 30 at Tesla’s Gigafactory in Austin, Texas.

In recent months, prototypes of the Cybertruck have started appearing on the roads for testing. Despite earlier promises of a delivery event by Q3, this didn’t materialize.

Tesla initially announced the Cybertruck in 2019, but the production has been delayed multiple times due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The company had missed its initial preproduction target in 2021. Other automakers have since released their own electric pickup trucks, including Ford with the F-150 Lightning and Rivian with the R1T.
