• Alto Ingredients, Inc. ALTO shares declined 52.4% to $2.34 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed third-quarter financial results.
• Coherus BioSciences, Inc. CHRS shares dipped 18.9% to $2.87 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed third-quarter financial results.
• Ameresco, Inc. AMRC shares declined 18.4% to $21.70 in pre-market trading following downbeat third-quarter results.
• Aura Biosciences, Inc. AURA declined 15.5% to $9.30 in pre-market. Aura Biosciences priced its public offering of 11 million common shares at $9 per share.
• Clover Health Investments, Corp. CLOV shares dropped 15.1% to $0.96 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly sales.
• Sanmina Corporation SANM shares fell 12% to $46.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.
• Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc. ALPN fell 9.4% to $12.80 in pre-market trading. Alpine Immune Sciences priced its $150 million public offering of 8.8 million common shares at $12.50 per share.
• ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. ADTN shares fell 9.1% to $6.66 in pre-market trading following a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
