Leslie's Posts Weak Earnings, Joins Las Vegas Sands, Verve Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning, with the Dow Jones futures gaining around 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Leslie's, Inc. LESL moved lower in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results.

The company posted quarterly revenue of $432.4 million, topping market estimates of $419.39 million. Earnings came in at 14 cents per share, missing estimates of 18 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro.

Leslie's shares tumbled 15% to $4.95 in pre-market trading.

  • Verve Therapeutics, Inc. VERV shares dipped 11.2% to $10.60 in pre-market trading after the company reported pricing of public offering of common stock and concurrent private placement.
  • Cabaletta Bio, Inc. CABA shares fell 7.8% to $12.62 in pre-market trading. Cabaletta Bio shares fell over 26% on Tuesday after the FDA said it was investigating a risk of T-cell malignancies in patients who received treatment with BCMA- or CD19-directed autologous CAR T cell immunotherapies.
  • Okta, Inc. OKTA shares declined 7.3% to $67.29 in pre-market trading. Okta disclosed that a data breach has affected all users of its customer support system.
  • Cool Company Ltd. CLCO shares fell 6.3% to $11.99 in pre-market trading. Cool Company shares fell around 5% on Tuesday after the company reported third-quarter results.
  • Las Vegas Sands Corp. LVS shares declined 5.9% to $44.85 in pre-market trading as the company reported pricing of common stock offering by its principal stockholder.
  • Koninklijke Philips N.V. PHG fell 4.3% to $20.25 in pre-market trading. The FDA cautioned public of safety issue with Philips' DreamStation 2 CPAP machines.
  • Farfetch Limited FTCH fell 3.8% to $ 2.02 in pre-market trading. Farfetch said it will not announce its third quarter financial results and will not hold its related conference call earlier scheduled for Nov. 29, 2023.
