Merit Medical Systems And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded lower this morning, with the Dow Jones futures falling more than 40 points on Monday.

Shares of Merit Medical Systems, Inc. MMSI shares fell in pre-market trading after the company reported a proposed private placement of $550 million of convertible senior notes.

Merit Medical Systems shares declined 3.8% to $71.10 in pre-market trading

  • Incannex Healthcare Inc. IXHL shares declined 9% to $6.51 in pre-market trading after jumping 35% on Monday.
  • Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. RCKT shares fell 7.8% to $22.80 in pre-market trading after gaining over 5% on Monday.
  • Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. TTWO shares fell 5.8% to $148.50 in pre-market trading. Rockstar Games released a trailer of the latest version of its "Grand Theft Auto" franchise.
  • Equitable Holdings, Inc. EQH shares dipped 5.4% to $30.52 in pre-market trading. Equitable Holdings will join the S&P MidCap 400 Index, effective with the start of trading on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023.
  • Nokia Oyj NOK fell 5.4% to $2.99 in pre-market trading after declining over 9% on Monday.
  • Bitfarms Ltd. BITF shares fell 4.6% to $1.67 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Monday.
  • Golden Ocean Group Limited GOGL shares declined 3.5% to $8.98 in pre-market trading.
