Shares of Capital One Financial Corporation COF fell sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company announced its plans to purchase Discover Financial Services DFS, marking a pivotal $35.3 billion all-stock transaction.
Capital One Financial shares dipped 5.8% to 129.34 in pre-market trading.

- SSR Mining Inc. SSRM fell 14.6% to $4.19 in pre-market trading. SSR Mining is expected to release its fourth quarter financial results on Feb. 27, 2024. The company also issued an update on ongoing rescue efforts at the Çöpler mine in Türkiye.
- Sasol Limited SSL shares fell 7.1% to $7.67 in pre-market trading.
- Nano-X Imaging Ltd. NNOX shares declined 7.4% to $11.99 in pre-market trading after gaining 36% on Friday. Nvidia recently reported a 59,632 share stake in -X Imaging.
- C4 Therapeutics, Inc. CCCC shares fell 5.5% to $7.54 in pre-market trading.
- Bitfarms Ltd. BITF fell 4.4% to $3.45 in pre-market trading amid weakness in Bitcoin.
