DLocal, Allogene Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were slightly higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 20 points on Wednesday.

Shares of DLocal Limited DLO fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected first-quarter earnings and said there is a greater likelihood of coming in towards the lower end of its guidance range.

DLocal posted GAAP earnings of 6 cents per share, compared to market estimates of 12 cents per share. The company's sales came in at $184.00 million missing expectations of $189.98 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

DLocal shares dipped 26.6% to $9.97 in pre-market trading.

  • Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras PBR shares fell 8.6% to $15.25 in pre-market trading. Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva fired Jean Paul Prates, the CEO of Petrobras, following a dispute over dividend.
  • MMTec, Inc. MTC shares declined 7% to $8.28 in pre-market trading after surging 84% on Tuesday.
  • Rackspace Technology, Inc. RXT shares fell 6.8% to $1.93 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter results and issued guidance for the second quarter.
  • Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. SPCE fell 6.3% to $1.19 in pre-market trading following a 22% surge on Tuesday.
  • AC Immune SA ACIU shares declined 6.2% to $3.36 in pre-market trading. AC Immune shares gained over 8% on Tuesday after the company reported first-quarter financial results..
