Shares of Vail Resorts, Inc. MTN fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its third quarter.
The company posted quarterly earnings of $9.54 per share, missing market estimates of $10.03 per share. The company’s sales came in at $1.28 billion versus expectations of $1.30 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro.
Vail Resorts shares declined 6.8% to $180.77 in pre-market trading.

FibroBiologics shares jumped around 54% on Thursday after the company in a FormRW disclosed that its Registration Statement has not been declared effective by the SEC and no securities have been issued or sold under the Registration Statement.
- Eastern Bankshares, Inc. EBC shares fell 7.7% to $12.25 in pre-market trading.
- DocuSign, Inc. DOCU shares declined 7.1% to $50.70 in pre-market trading. DocuSign reported better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter and the company’s board also authorized a $1 billion increase to its existing stock repurchase program. The company said it sees second-quarter billings in the range of $715 million to $725 million.
- Samsara Inc. IOT shares declined 6.2% to $32.69 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter earnings.
- Fitell Corporation FTEL shares fell 5.3% to $15.14 in pre-market trading.
- Replimune Group, Inc. REPL shares fell 5.2% to $6.74 in pre-market trading. Replimune Group shares jumped around 28% on Thursday after the company announced the topline results from the primary analysis of the IGNYTE clinical trial of RP1 plus nivolumab in anti-PD1 failed melanoma.
