U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 0.2% on Wednesday.

Shares of Simulations Plus, Inc. SLP fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results and issued FY24 EPS guidance below estimates. Also, the company announced that it will discontinue its quarterly cash dividend.

Simulations Plus shares declined 5.3% to $44.39 in pre-market trading.

  • First Foundation Inc. FFWM shares tumbled 27.7% to $4.75 in pre-market trading after the company announced that affiliates of Fortress Investment Group, Canyon Partners, Strategic Value Bank Partners, and North Reef Capital have agreed to make individual investments aggregating to $228 million in the company.
  • Repay Holdings Corporation RPAY shares slipped 14.1% to $8.78 in pre-market trading after the company announced pricing of its convertible notes offering.
  • Noah Holdings Limited NOAH shares declined 10.7% to $9.20 in pre-market trading after gaining over 5% on Tuesday.
  • NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. NNE shares fell 5.5% to $24.51 in pre-market trading. NANO Nuclear Energy recently announced that it has signed a MoU to collaborate with Curio Solutions to optimize Curio’s nuclear fuel recycling capabilities for next-generation portable nuclear microreactors.
  • American Software, Inc AMSWA shares fell 5% to $8.62 in pre-market trading.
  • Garrett Motion Inc. GTX shares declined 4.5% to $8.30 in pre-market trading.
