Wells Fargo Posts Q2 Earnings, Joins Snowflake And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 10 points on Friday.

Shares of Wells Fargo & Company WFC fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company posted second-quarter results.

Wells Fargo earned a net income of $4.91 billion, down 1% year over year in the second quarter of 2024. The company reported a GAAP EPS of $1.33, beating the consensus of $1.29. Revenue rose 1% to $20.69 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Wells Fargo shares fell 5.7% to $56.76 in the pre-market trading session.

  • Snowflake Inc. SNOW shares fell 3.9% to $132.80 in pre-market trading after Piper Sandler maintained an Overweight rating on the stock and lowered its price target from $240 to $165.
  • BW LPG Limited BWLP shares declined 3.7% to $16.59 in pre-market trading following a 5% drop on Thursday.
  • Endeavour Silver Corp. EXK shares fell 3.7% to $4.66 in pre-market trading after adding around 5% on Thursday.
  • Galiano Gold Inc. GAU shares declined 3.3% to $1.77 in pre-market trading.
