Alcoa shares dropped 0.67% to close at $16.38 on Friday. Lonza Group Ltd announced its plans to buy Arch Chemicals Inc ARJ in an all-share deal valued at $1.4 billion. ARJ shares jumped 11.27% to close at $42.17 on Friday. Analysts expect Infosys Limited INFY to report its Q1 EPS at $0.64 on revenue of $1.65 billion. INFY shares fell 1.52% to close at $67.21 on Friday. Shares of Google Inc GOOG dropped around 2.7% on Friday after Morgan Stanley analyst Scott Devitt downgraded the stock from “overweight” to “equal weight.” Devitt also lowered his price target from $645 to $600 per share. Google shares fell 2.67% to close at $531.99 on Friday. Analysts are expecting Novellus Systems Inc NVLS to have earned $0.76 per share on revenue of $352.32 million in the second quarter. NVLS shares declined 2.28% to close at $35.97 on Friday.
