Amazon posted its quarterly net income at $191 million, or $0.41 per share, down from $207 million, or $0.45 per share, in the year-ago quarter. Its revenue climbed 51% to $9.91 billion. Analysts expected earnings of $0.35 per share on revenue of $9.37 billion. AMZN shares surged 6.36% to $227.80 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Delta Air Lines Inc DAL to have earned $0.46 per share on revenue of $9.16 billion in the second quarter. DAL shares gained 0.25% to $8.04 in after-hours trading.
