MCD shares fell 0.01% to $88.60 in after-hours trading. VeriSign Inc VRSN announced the resignation of its chief financial officer Brian Robins. The company also reaffirmed its forecast for 2011. VRSN shares dipped 8.14% to $31.15 in the after-hours trading session. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc ULTA reported strong quarterly results and issued upbeat forecast for the current quarter.
