Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are: Wall Street expects Beazer Homes USA BZH to post a Q4 loss at $1.22 per share on revenue of $335.11 million. Beazer Homes shares fell 0.54% to $16.55 in after-hours trading. Precision Castparts PCP announced its plans to acquire Titanium Metals TIE for around $2.9 billion. Precision Castparts shares gained 4.18% to $178.50 in after-hours trading, while Titanium Metals shares jumped 42.35% to $16.47 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect DR Horton DHI to report its Q4 earnings at $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.35 billion. DR Horton shares rose 0.29% to $20.66 in after-hours trading. Lockheed Martin LMT announced the resignation of Chris Kubasik as vice chairman, president and chief operating officer after an ethics investigation found he had a personal relationship with a subordinate employee. Kubasik was scheduled to take over as CEO in January. Lockheed Martin shares dropped 0.03% to $89.95 in the after-hours trading session. Star Scientific STSI reported its Q3 net profit of $0.4 million, versus a year-ago net loss of $6.6 million. Star Scientific shares dipped 12.50% to $2.24 in the after-hours trading session.
