Pandora Media P appointed ex-aQuantive head Brian McAndrews as its new chief executive. Pandora shares surged 4.77% to $22.40 in the after-hours trading session. Vera Bradley VRA reported upbeat second-quarter results. However, the company issued weak fiscal third-quarter forecast. Vera Bradley shares dipped 8.59% to $17.78 in after-hours trading.
