- Analysts expect American International Group Inc AIG to post quarterly earnings at $1.01 per share on revenue of $12.87 billion after the closing bell. AIG shares gained 0.38 percent to $66.39 in after-hours trading.
- Flowers Foods, Inc. FLO reported in-line earnings for its fourth quarter, while sales missed expectations. Flowers Foods shares fell 1.87 percent to $20.45 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Diebold Nixdorf Inc DBD is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.32 per share on revenue of $1.31 billion. Diebold Nixdorf shares slipped 0.73 percent to close at $27.20 on Monday.

- Analysts are expecting Discovery Communications Inc. DISCA to have earned $0.47 per share on revenue of $1.69 billion in the latest quarter. Discovery Communications shares rose 0.17 percent to $29.08 in after-hours trading.
- Analysts expect T-Mobile US Inc TMUS to report quarterly earnings at $0.29 per share on revenue of $9.84 billion before the opening bell. T-Mobile shares rose 0.16 percent to $61.00 in after-hours trading.
- Integrated Device Technology Inc IDTI agreed to acquire GigPeak Inc GIG for around $250 million in cash. GigPeak shares surged 11.81 percent to $3.03 in after-hours trading, while IDT shares rose 1.98 percent to $25.22 in the after-hours trading session.
- After the closing bell, Express Scripts Holding Company ESRX is expected to post its quarterly earnings at $1.87 per share on revenue of $26.31 billion. Express Scripts shares gained 0.29 percent to $69.50 in after-hours trading.
- Amkor Technology, Inc. AMKR posted downbeat revenue for its fourth quarter and issued a weak outlook for the current quarter. Amkor Tech shares dipped 10.92 percent to $9.30 in the after-hours trading session.
