- Korn/Ferry International KFY reported in-line earnings for its third quarter, while sales exceeded expectations. Korn/Ferry shares slipped 2.72 percent to $30.00 in the after-hours trading session.
- After the markets close, H & R Block Inc HRB is estimated to post a quarterly loss at $0.50 per share on revenue of $446.39 million. H & R Block shares declined 0.05 percent to close at $20.97 on Monday.
- Casey's General Stores Inc CASY posted weaker-than-expected earnings for its third quarter. Casey's shares dropped 4.55 percent to $109.00 in the after-hours trading session.

- Analysts are expecting Michaels Companies Inc MIK to have earned $0.95 per share on revenue of $1.76 billion in the latest quarter. Michaels will release earnings before the markets open. Michaels shares gained 0.34 percent to close at $20.53 on Monday.
- Ascena Retail Group Inc ASNA posted a narrower-than-expected loss for its second quarter on Monday. Ascena Retail shares climbed 7.78 percent to $4.85 in the after-hours trading session.
- Wall Street expects Team, Inc. TISI to post quarterly earnings at $0.45 per share on revenue of $350.37 million after the closing bell. Team shares gained 0.47 percent to close at $32.20 on Monday.
- Pier 1 Imports Inc PIR raised its adjusted earnings outlook for FY17. Pier 1 shares gained 4.95 percent to $6.99 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Navistar International Corp NAV to report a quarterly loss at $0.42 per share on revenue of $1.72 billion before the opening bell. Navistar shares rose 0.27 percent to $26.20 in after-hours trading.
