• Urban Outfitters, Inc. URBN reported downbeat earnings for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. Urban Outfitters shares fell 1.61 percent to $25.00 in the after-hours trading session.
• Before the opening bell, The Valspar Corp VAL is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.73 per share on revenue of $900.87 million. Valspar shares gained 0.22 percent to close at $111.75 on Tuesday.
