- Wall Street expects Navistar International Corp NAV to report quarterly loss at $0.05 per share on revenue of $2.05 billion before the opening bell. Navistar shares rose 0.27 percent to $30.01 in after-hours trading.
- United Natural Foods, Inc. UNFI reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, but sales missed estimates. The company also lowered its FY17 sales outlook. United Natural Foods shares dropped 2.15 percent to $40.00 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Verint Systems Inc. VRNT to post quarterly earnings at $0.38 per share on revenue of $259.70 million after the closing bell. Verint shares gained 0.59 percent to close at $42.65 on Tuesday.
- Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. PLAY reported upbeat results for its first quarter and raised its full-year forecast. The company also announced a $100 million share buyback plan. Dave & Buster's shares declined 2.81 percent to $68.20 in the after-hours trading session.

- After the markets close, Tailored Brands Inc TLRD is estimated to post quarterly earnings at $0.19 per share on revenue of $793.27 million. Tailored Brands shares gained 3.86 percent to $11.02 in after-hours trading.
- Ambarella Inc AMBA reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter, but issued a weak outlook for the current quarter. Ambarella shares dropped 5.68 percent to $56.33 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Brown-Forman Corporation BF to have earned $0.40 per share on revenue of $738.52 million in the latest quarter. Brown-Forman will released earnings before the markets open. Brown-Forman shares slipped 0.02 percent to close at $52.32 on Tuesday.
- Oxford Industries Inc OXM reported upbeat earnings for its first quarter, but sales missed expectations. The company also issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Oxford Industries shares declined 2.70 percent to $58.00 in the after-hours trading session.
