- Analysts expect Stifel Financial Corp. SF to post quarterly earnings at $1.08 per share on revenue of $734.82 million after the closing bell. Stifel Financial shares gained 0.82 percent to close at $59.15 on Friday.
- Fred's, Inc. FRED named Joseph Anto as interim CEO after announcing the resignation of its CEO Michael Bloom. Fred's shares fell 0.68 percent to $2.90 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated PEG is projected to post quarterly earnings at $0.99 per share on revenue of $2.91 billion. Public Service Enterprise shares rose 0.72 percent to close at $51.53 on Friday.
- Analysts are expecting AK Steel Holding Corporation AKS to have earned $0.01 per share on revenue of $1.57 billion in the latest quarter. AK Steel will release earnings before the markets open. AK Steel shares declined 0.63 percent to $4.72 in after-hours trading.

- T-Mobile Us Inc TMUS agreed to acquire Sprint Corp S in a $26 billion all-stock deal. Sprint shares fell 7.38 percent to $6.02 in after-hours trading, while T-Mobile shares rose 1.21 percent to $65.30 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Allergan plc AGN to report quarterly earnings at $3.36 per share on revenue of $3.59 billion before the opening bell. Allergan shares gained 0.35 percent to $162.60 in after-hours trading.
- Stellar Biotechnologies Inc SBOT reported a 1-for-7 reverse stock split. Stellar Biotechnologies shares gained 1.35 percent to $0.75 in the after-hours trading session.
- After the closing bell, MasTec, Inc. MTZ is estimated to post quarterly earnings at $0.22 per share on revenue of $1.23 billion. MasTec shares fell 1.26 percent to close at $45.00 on Friday.
