Adobe, Avidity Biosciences And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Friday

With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Friday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Adobe Inc. ADBE posted upbeat results for its second quarter and also issued a strong forecast. The company said it expects full-year revenue to be between $21.4 billion and $21.5 billion versus estimates of $19.98 billion. Adobe sees full-year adjusted earnings in the range of $18 to $18.20 per share versus estimates of $16.78 per share, according to Benzinga Pro. Adobe shares jumped 14.8% to $527.55 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Rezolute, Inc. RZLT reported a proposed public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants. Rezolute shares dipped 19.57% to $4.15 in the after-hours trading session.
  • RF Industries, Ltd. RFIL reported a profit for the second quarter, posting quarterly earnings of 1 cent per share which beat the analyst expectations for a loss of 3 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $16.11 million. RF Industries shares gained 2.5% to $3.28 in the after-hours trading session.

  • Avidity Biosciences, Inc. RNA priced its $400.9 million public offering of 10.55 million common shares at $38 per share. Avidity Biosciences shares fell 1% to $39.55 in after-hours trading.
  • AMMO, Inc. POWW reported a fourth-quarter profit of 1 cent per share, compared to market expectations for a loss of 1 cent per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $40.42 million topping estimates of $37.90 million. AMMO shares fell 6.4% to $2.35 in the after-hours trading session.
