  • Abraxas Petroleum Corp. AXAS rose 14.4 percent to $2.94 in pre-market trading after dropping 2.65 percent on Friday.
  • Trina Solar Limited (ADR) TSL shares rose 10.8 percent to $10.30 in pre-market trading after gaining 0.43 percent on Friday.
  • Alon USA Energy, Inc. ALJ rose 10.5 percent to $12.57 in pre-market trading. Delek US Holdings, Inc. DK agreed to acquire remaining outstanding shares of Alon USA.
  • Marinus Pharmaceuticals Inc MRNS rose 10 percent to $1.11 in pre-market trading after surging 20.96 percent on Friday. Marinus Pharma disclosed that it has received the FDA Orphan Drug designation for ganaxolone.
  • Depomed Inc DEPO rose 9.3 percent to $19.69 in pre-market trading. KKR & Co. L.P. KKR is said to still be interested in acquiring Depomed and would combine it with Arbor Pharmaceuticals, according to sources as reported by the New York Post on Friday. Depomed has set Wednesday as the deadline for final bids, the sources said.
  • Xerox Corp XRX shares rose 8.9 percent to $6.26 in pre-market trading. Conduent Inc CNDT completed its separation from Xerox. Credit Suisse upgraded Xerox from Neutral to Outperform.
  • Pro-Dex Inc PDEX shares rose 8.6 percent to $5.05 in pre-market trading.
  • Protalix Biotherapeutics Inc PLX shares rose 7.9 percent to $0.480 in pre-market trading after reporting positive results from Phase II clinical trial of alidornase alfa.
  • Kopin Corporation KOPN rose 7.4 percent to $3.05 in pre-market trading after falling 3.07 percent on Friday.
  • Seadrill Ltd SDRL rose 7 percent to $3.65 in pre-market trading after declining 3.12 percent on Friday.
  • Sprint Corp S shares rose 6.7 percent to $8.98 in pre-market trading after dropping 4.43 percent on Friday.
