A low NVT means that an asset is cheaper per unit of on-chain transaction volume, signaling a potentially undervalued asset.

Courtney Reum, a 45-year-old venture capitalist and Paris Hilton's brother-in-law, has made an unexpected career move by joining a struggling soccer team in Portugal&#8217;s second division. His journey from the world of finance to professional soccer has been an intriguing one.
What Happened: Reum, a former investment banker at Goldman Sachs Group Inc, recently signed with Länk FC Vilaverdense, a team in Portugal&#8217;s second division, <a href="https://www.wsj.com/lifestyle/pro-soccer-rookie-courtney-reum-45-financier-293491cc?mod=WTRN_pos4&amp;cx_testId=3&amp;cx_testVariant=cx_164&amp;cx_artPos=3">reported</a> The Wall Street Journal.

The price drop eroded more than $167 million worth of active positions from the market in the last 24 hours, with long liquidations amounting to 77% of the total.
The second-largest cryptocurrency, Ethereum, which shed 2.15% in the 24 hours, saw $43.48 million in liquidations, followed by Bitcoin with $40.80 million in its positions getting recked.
Despite the negative price action, the number of traders taking long positions on Bitcoin surged in the last 24 hours, exceeding the ones shorting the coin by a ratio of 1.11:1.
The negative sentiment has lingered after brokerage firm Robinhood Markets Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/HOOD#NASDAQ">HOOD</a>) was <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/24/05/38647248/sec-nudges-robinhood-over-crypto-operations">slapped with a Wells Notice</a> from the SEC, the latest cryptocurrency company to get on the radar of U.S. regulators.

Analyst Notes: According to on-chain analytics firm Santiment, most of the leading coins in the market were in buying zones. The inferences were drawn using the popular technical analysis tool, Relative Strength Index.
Ethereum's RSI was higher when compared to other assets, making it more vulnerable to a downside. On the other hand, Cardano's RSI was low, pitching it as a potential buy low candidate.

The plot was allegedly masterminded by Russia&#8217;s Federal Security Service (FSB). The Ukrainian state security service revealed that these colonels were recruited before Russia&#8217;s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, according to a <a href="https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-war-assassination-zelenskyy-4b301e9c9a1f067a45105303dff03198">report</a> by AP News.
The plan was to be executed prior to Russian President Vladimir Putin&#8216;s fifth-term inauguration on Tuesday, according to Vasyl Maliuk, head of the State Security Service. Maliuk personally oversaw the top-secret operation to uncover the plot.
Claims of Russian attempts to assassinate Zelenskyy are not new. Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-Mont.) disclosed that Trump had a weekend chat with Greene, cautioning her against impulsive actions. Another Republican, who preferred to remain unnamed, corroborated Trump&#8217;s instruction to Greene, saying, &#8220;He told her not to do it.&#8221;
Following Trump&#8217;s call, Greene had a meeting with Johnson on Monday afternoon, which lasted about two hours. They were accompanied by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), another supporter of the ouster threat. Johnson and Greene are set to meet again on Tuesday afternoon to explore possible solutions.
Despite Trump&#8217;s intervention, Greene has stood by her decision to proceed with a referendum on Johnson&#8217;s speakership. She maintains that she is the GOP member genuinely advocating for policies that Trump endorses.

On Feb. 28, ACM Research reported earnings for the&nbsp;<a href="https://ir.acmrcsh.com/news-releases/news-release-details/acm-research-reports-fourth-quarter-and-fiscal-year-2023-results" target="_blank">fourth quarter</a> of&nbsp;the full year&nbsp;2023, stating that total revenue increased by 57% and net income rose by 50% compared to the previous year. The company mentioned that increased operating margins, new product rollout, and a growing customer base help to improve its overall earnings potential. ACMR also handily beat analysts&rsquo; expectations for revenue and earnings per share.



ACM Research has released&nbsp;<a href="https://ir.acmrcsh.com/news-releases/news-release-details/acm-research-announces-preliminary-unaudited-revenue-and" target="_blank">preliminary results</a> for Q1 of 2024, with the full report expected release date being May 8. It stated that revenue year-over-year&nbsp;is projected&nbsp;to grow by 102% to 105%, and total shipments to increase by 163% to 169%.



Over this past year, ACMR&nbsp;has seen its share price increase&nbsp;by 166%, mostly due to its fourth-quarter earnings, which propelled the stock price by over 40% directly following the announcement.&nbsp;With first quarter 2024 results expected to be very strong&nbsp;as well, all eyes should be on ACM Research regarding its growth prospects.



<h2>Impinj (PI)</h2>

On Apr. 24, Impinj reported earnings for the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://investor.impinj.com/news/press-release/2024/Impinj-Reports-First-Quarter-2024-Financial-Results/default.aspx">first quarter of 2024</a>,&nbsp;in which it stated that total revenue decreased by 11% and cash and cash equivalents increased by fourfold year-over-year. A net loss of $4 million was reported for the first quarter of 2023, and for Q1 2024, that increased to a net income of $33 million.



PI also released its financial outlook for the second quarter of 2024, with expected revenue between $96 and $99 million compared to $77 million in the first quarter.



Impinj is one of the solid semiconductor stocks that offers investors potential upside. Its share price surged following the reported first-quarter earnings for 2024, in which its share price nearly increased by 30%. With a strong Q2 projected, this may be&nbsp;a great&nbsp;opportunity to purchase a share of PI.

And earnings per share more than doubled from nineteen cents per share to forty-three cents year-over-year (YOY).



Directly following this earnings report, ACMR&rsquo;s stock price increased by over 40% because it&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4072841-acm-research-non-gaap-eps-of-043-beats-by-026-revenue-of-17032m-beats-by-2104m">beat analysts&rsquo; predictions</a>&nbsp;for revenue and earnings per share by a fair margin.



ACMR provided revenue estimates for the full year 2024 of between $650 million and $725 million. In addition, the total revenue for the full year 2023 was $558 million.



Recently, the company <a href="https://ir.acmrcsh.com/news-releases/news-release-details/acm-research-announces-preliminary-unaudited-revenue-and">released&nbsp;preliminary unaudited revenue</a> and shipment results&nbsp;for the Q1 of 2024. It revealed that revenue and shipments are expected to increase by 103% to 105% and 163% to 165% YOY, respectively.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing is also experiencing impressive share price appreciation. For example, within the last year, it has increased by 67%.



Moreover, TSM has benefited due to the influx of investors&rsquo; attention towards generative AI. The company offers&nbsp;investors <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/article/4684550-taiwan-semiconductor-stock-riding-ai-boom-strong-guidance">impressive growth</a> capabilities. And it anticipates a strong growth rate over the next several years, particularly within its high computing and automotive segments.



Offering solid growth metrics, TSM is the second largest company in the sector by market cap behind Nvidia (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nvda-stock-quote/">NVDA</a>).

Thus, Impinj is a strong semiconductor stock buy that investors should keep their eye on. With projected revenue for Q2 improving over Q1, expect share price appreciation.

Rather than cutting interest rates, the Fed appeared to be on course to raise them. However, with the April employment picture coming in lower than expected, policymakers may have the flexibility to reduce rates as planned.
